| COST OF SERVICES |
After an initial free consultation, a formal fixed fee proposal will be submitted
for the client's approval. Cost of services depends on the
range of services contracted for and the complexity of
the project. The design process is similar to a restaurant
menu. The client can buy as much or as little as is needed
for a given situation. General costs range from as little
as 3% to as much or as 10% of construction cost. If a project
is abandoned for any reason, the client pays only for services
provided to date. A substantial portion of the fee may be
recouped through the competitive bidding process, and
by having fewer change orders in the construction phase. |
